The Elite Learner begins with diagnostic clarity. Where the CSG™ is not already in place, it is used to understand how the learner processes information, where they perform naturally, and where breakdowns are likely to occur. We work from evidence. Not assumption.
The Elite Learner uses a 4-bucket self-assessment framework after every paper. Each error is classified so the learner can see what went wrong and why. By Week 3, they can identify what needs attention and how to approach it.
The content tutor receives a written brief after each paper cycle. The brief identifies ranked priorities, mark impact, and what should not be covered. Every tutoring hour is directed at the highest-return gaps surfaced by the diagnostic process.
