Experience the thinking gap
before you commit.

Most learners say, "I need to study more." The Think First Workshop shows them, in 2.5 hours, that the problem is rarely the hours. It is usually the method. The workshop is a live group session that lets learners experience the diagnostic-led approach before the family commits to the full system.

Five steps. One protocol the learner takes home.

Baseline

The session opens with a quick read of where the learner is right now. How do they currently approach a paper? What is their default study pattern? The baseline is honest and uncritical.

Protocol

The practitioner introduces the diagnostic-led method. How to read a paper before answering it. How to classify the errors that show up. How to know what kind of mistake you are making.

Application

Learners apply the protocol to live work in the room. Real questions. Real attempts. Real reflection. The method is not explained at them. It is run with them, on actual material.

Gap ID

Each learner identifies the gap that the protocol surfaced for them. Not the practitioner's read. The learner's own articulation of where the breakdown sits, in their own words.

Take-home

The learner leaves with a printed protocol they can use the next time they sit down to study. The workshop ends. The method continues. The framework is built to outlast the room.

After the workshop, the next step is the diagnostic.

The Think First Workshop is the introduction. The CSG Clarity Report is the foundation. Once the learner has experienced the diagnostic-led method in the room, the natural next step is the foundational learner diagnostic the system is built on.
