How the system actually works.

Diagnosing learners independently since 2018. Codified into trademarked methodology since 2025. Operational across three diagnostics, five service levels, and two parallel tracks. This is the architecture beneath the practice.

"Diagnose before you intervene. Evidence over opinion. Clarity over assumption."

Operating principle 01

Three instruments. Three lanes.

Every engagement is built on one or more of these three diagnostics. Each instrument carries a specific function. None of them work alone. The full system holds because the lanes are kept separate.

The learner

CSG

Clarity Success Guide

The Clarity Success Guide™ reveals how a learner processes information. Where they perform naturally. Where structural collapse points sit. Delivered as a comprehensive report profiling processing type, learning preferences, growth edges, and recommended methods of engagement.

Includes the TAG (Tutor Alignment Guide) automatically. Every CSG produces a paired tutor brief at no additional cost.

The tutor

TAG

Tutor Alignment Guide

The TAG translates the CSG into a tutor-ready playbook: ranked priorities, mark-impact mapping, what to teach first, what to defer, and what not to cover. Every tutoring hour becomes targeted at the highest-return gaps the diagnostic has surfaced.

Always paired with the CSG. Cannot be commissioned separately.

The environment

PAG

Parent Alignment Guide

The PAG is a structural diagnostic of the home learning environment. It is not parenting advice. We use TypeCoach Verifier and a custom environmental intake to identify how home conditions affect learner engagement. The output is a one-time alignment session and a reference document the family keeps.

Available as a standalone (CSG required as prerequisite) or as part of the Family Diagnostic.

R3,000 / R5,800 paired 60 to 90 min session

Five levels of depth.

Engagement deepens as the question gets bigger. We meet families at the level the case warrants. No upselling. No bundling. The work that fits the question, costed at the work it takes.

Think First Workshop

2.5-hour group session. Up to 6 learners per cohort. A taste of the diagnostic methodology in practice. For families exploring the methodology before committing to deeper engagement.

R950

CSG Clarity Report

Individual diagnostic. Full processing-type profile. TAG (Tutor Alignment Guide) included. Delivered within 5 business days of intake. The foundational diagnostic everything else builds from.

R2,800

Family Diagnostic (CSG + PAG)

Learner diagnostic combined with environment alignment. The system's most complete picture. For families ready to address both the learner and the home conditions together.

R5,800

Career Direction

Diagnostic plus HPCSA-administered psychometric assessment by Eric McAlister. Subject Choice Package (Grade 8 to 9). Career Clarity Lean (existing CSG required). Full Career Trajectory (Grade 11 through post-matric). For learners at decision points where direction is the live question.

R3,500 to R8,500

Gap Intensive

3-week diagnostic-led performance intervention. Paper cycles, reflection sheets, tutor briefs, parent check-ins, final report. For learners stuck at the same mark range or rewriting matric.

R9,500 to R18,500

The methodology also operates at institutional scale.

Most engagements are individual: a learner, a parent, sometimes a tutor, scoped together as one case. The same methodology can be commissioned at institutional level for schools and educational organisations seeking to embed diagnostic-led practice at cohort scale. Engagements are scoped per organisation.

The lanes that hold the system.

The system holds because the lanes do not cross. When the practitioner starts teaching content, diagnostic objectivity collapses. When the tutor starts diagnosing, evidence becomes opinion. When the parent advocates for outcomes rather than alignment, the learner becomes a subject of negotiation rather than a subject of the diagnostic. Lane separation is not bureaucratic. It is what makes the work hold.

Lane 01

The Practitioner

Diagnoses. Briefs. Holds the system. Does not teach content. Does not coach motivation. The practitioner's authority comes from the diagnostic, not from intervention in delivery.

Lane 02

The Tutor

Teaches against the diagnostic brief. Operates on the priorities ranked by the TAG. Does not diagnose. Does not provide feedback outside the agreed framework. The tutor's authority is content delivery, not interpretation.

Lane 03

The Parent

Holds the home environment. Shows up to the agreed alignment. Does not project anxiety into the diagnostic. Does not lobby for outcomes. The parent's authority is structural, not interpretive.

Lane 04

The Learner

Writes. Reflects. Self-corrects. Owns the work. By the end of the engagement, holds the system in their own hands. The learner is not a subject of the diagnostic. They are the architect of what comes next.

The system is the architecture.
The first call is where we figure out which level of it fits.

Book a 30-minute scoping conversation. We'll establish the question on the table, the right entry point, and the boundaries of the engagement before any work begins.
